I ordered my usual size after actually taking the time to check the size guide, and it still fit nothing like I expected. The body was weirdly wide and baggy, but the arms were tight, so the whole jumper just looked awkward on me.

It’s really frustrating because I had to go through the effort of checking measurements, waiting for it to arrive, trying it on, and now dealing with sending it back. For the price, I expected the sizing to be way more consistent. I won’t be ordering again.

I was already feeling mentally drained, so trying to figure out the sustainability details just made it more frustrating. I couldn’t really find solid proof or clear info, and everything felt kind of vague

I’m disappointed with the jumper I got from Paul James Knitwear. It looked lovely on the website, but when it arrived it felt much thinner than I expected. After only wearing it a couple of times, it started bobbling really badly, and then after washing it exactly how the label said, the shape went all strange. Now I feel like I’ve got the extra job of trying to fix it or make it look decent, which is really annoying when it wasn’t cheap. For the price, I expected much better quality. I don’t think it’ll last long at all, and I won’t be ordering again.

I was thinking about buying a jumper, but the info on ethical production felt limited. I couldn’t really find clear details about who’s making the clothes, what the factory standards are, or any solid proof around working conditions.
Maybe it’s tucked away somewhere, but i don’t think customers should have to search that hard. For knitwear at this price, I expected a bit more transparency, so I ended up not ordering.

I really liked the style, but the material felt a little scratchy on my skin. For the price, I was expecting it to be softer. After wearing it for a few hours, it also started to feel kind of stiff. I’m still waiting on my refund, and I’m 100% sure the returns process could not be more frustrating. I reached out for help and got basically nowhere. Definitely not a good experience.

I was ready to place my order and had my promo code applied, but when I got to the payment step, the discount just vanished. I tried going back to check it, but it still wouldn’t show up. Frustrating because I was expecting that savings before checking out.

It just makes me hesitate, because how am I supposed to feel confident buying it if I can’t really tell what I’m getting?

I tried this on a mild spring day it was just too warm. If something is marketed for spring, I feel like it should actually be comfortable in spring weather, not make you overheat. Kind of disappointing
